I’m a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker and movement educator who wants to help support people feel better in their bodies; simple, yet powerful.
I became a massage therapist because it helped me manage my five-year battle with chronic pain. One morning I woke up with sudden, shooting pain in my low back and legs, and my increasing symptoms were labeled “insidious” — there was no clear cause. For five years I tried every modality I could find, but massage therapy and movement proved to be the most powerful and consistent tools for relief. In 2022, when tests revealed a neural deficit in my right leg, a follow-up MRI identified a tumor growing on a nerve in my spine. A very successful, though arduous, surgery removed it, followed by many months of gradual recovery. That experience gave me deep empathy for people living with persistent pain and a strong desire to help others understand chronic pain and access practical tools to manage it. My entire practice now focuses on helping people address their pain through breathwork, movement practices, and therapeutic bodywork.
My approach is deep yet calm, collaborative, and respectful of the nervous system. Pressure is never the goal-clarity, regulation, and resilience are. Each session is intentional and meets the body where it is, supporting not just how it feels today, but how it will function years from now.
