There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, it depends on your personal needs and goals. Consistency is key, not waiting for your body to feel broken before you listen to its messages. Massage is a powerful tool in a well-rounded holistic lifestyle because of the lasting benefits over time.

You’re welcome here.
Sensitivity is not a limitation-it’s information. Sessions can be adjusted to move more slowly, use lighter pressure, and allow extra time for settling. We go at your pace. My Nervous System Regulation offering might be a really good option for you.
-
Nervous system regulation work supports your body’s ability to move out of chronic stress and into a state where healing, movement, and rest can happen more naturally. Sessions may include intentional touch, guided breath work, stillness, and hands-on support designed to help your system feel safe, supported, and responsive again. This is not about forcing relaxation-it’s about creating the conditions for your body to regulate itself.
-
While touch may be involved, this work is not focused on muscle manipulation. Instead, the focus is on how your nervous system responds to touch, pressure, breath, and presence. Many clients find this work complements massage or movement practices by helping their body receive care more fully and sustain change longer.
You will be fully clothed during these sessions.
-
Arrive 5 minutes early, I will greet you in the lobby. Hydrate well before and after your session. Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing.
-
You may undress to your level of comfort. You will always be professionally draped with a sheet/blanket and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
-
Massage should never feel harmful. Therapeutic work can involve deeper pressure, but communication is encouraged throughout the session to ensure comfort and effectiveness. Deeper is definitely not better.
-
Massage therapy may support:
~Neck and shoulder tension
~Back pain
~Headaches
~Stress and anxiety
~Muscle tightness
~Postural imbalances
~Athletic recovery
Massage is not a substitute for medical care but can be a powerful complement to it.
